Terms and conditions may apply. All participants must be 21+ years of age and older, prepared to complete the NICS FFL background check and eligible to legally own a firearm. All participants fully consent and agree to the following upon entering the sweepstakes, all participants must pay for shipping and handling of the firearm to their chosen FFL dealer, in their home state, and to pay taxes on the firearm via 1040 line 21 and or via 1099-Misc tax, and the FFL transfer. All participants agree to hold harmless THIRTEENGHOSTS, LLC and its agents or employees for any damages, liability, etc. upon entry. All participants agree to hold harmless THIRTEENGHOSTS, LLC for any and all claims upon entry and are hereby surrendered upon entry. Sweepstakes is not available to residents in the following states District of Columbia, CA, CT, RI, MA, NJ, and NY for legal reasons, must reside in continental U.S. It is your responsibility to know whether you are legally able to own this specific type of firearm in your state, municipality, strictly for eligibility purposes only. Will not ship to states where statutory prohibitions exist. Upon transfer of the firearm THIRTEENGHOSTS LLC, or its agents and employees are not liable for any of the firearm’s usage, condition, etc. and participants agree if they win, they are solely responsible for any and all liability stemming from any and all usage of the firearm. Odds depend on number of entries. 1 random winner only. Must reside in the continental us only, notwithstanding the expressly excluded states listed above.

ELIGIBILITY: In order for a participant to be eligible they must be 21+ or older, they must follow on Instagram, enter via purchase, or mail in entry, they must NOT reside in the following states or U.S. territories District of Columbia, California, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York due to jurisdictional restrictions regarding this specific classification of rifle. Don’t blame us blame your legislature for infringing on your 2nd Amendment Right. Additionally, participants must also reside in the continental United States, meaning US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, and all other U.S. territories not listed here outside of the continental U.S, residents are also ineligible to win. However, we still appreciate their support and inclusion in the republic we all love.

Participants as referenced above also expressly agree upon entry that they will pay taxes and pay to complete the FFL transfer to comply with federal firearm transfer laws and federal sweepstakes tax law requirements. In the event a participant refuses to comply with the contractual agreement to complete and pay for either the FFL or tax filing, one or both, they will render themselves ineligible upon such a notification, verbal notification will suffice for legal purposes. According to the ATF a transfer of this nature must include an FFL transfer to secure all elements of an “over-the-counter transfer.” You must have a valid driver’s license, be over the age of 21+, and be eligible to own a firearm or be in constructive possession of a firearm. Meaning the participant is not restricted by conviction, mental defectiveness, mental health diagnosis requiring anti-psychotic medication, habitual drunkenness, a respondent in a final protective order, a defined prohibited person restricted by federal law, and for any and all-other reasons that your local jurisdictional statutes may render a participant ineligible for possession of a regulated firearm. In the event you are ineligible and selected as the winner you are liable for any costs associated with your ineligibility and expressly agree that upon entry any and all claims known or unknown at any time during your participation against THIRTEENGHOSTS LLC, its agents and employees, are forever hereby surrendered upon entry. In the event a participant does a bring a suit it is a breach of contract once entered in the sweepstakes to bring any and all claims. Lastly, in the event a participant is ineligible and selected as the winner, we reserve the right to pick a new winner without any delay. All participants hereby agree that they will claim the prize within your local jurisdiction’s statutory requirements defined by the statutes in the state you reside in after official notification and that an email, notification via US certified mail, or direct message on social media, from the time of receipt of said notification will suffice as sufficient notification. The timeline to claim the prize begins the moment you are officially notified. In the event federal or local laws regarding sweepstakes or firearms change during the course of the promotion THIRTEENGHOSTS LLC, retains all rights to modify the promotion or sweepstakes accordingly to comply with all local and federal laws.

Participants also consent upon entry that if at any time THIRTEENGHOSTS LLC, believes that the winner intends to use the firearm to commit a crime upon acquisition of the firearm, THIRTEENGHOSTS LLC, reserves ALL RIGHTS to refuse to transfer the firearm, that participant will be disqualified and a subsequent winner will be chosen. If at any time any participant fails to cooperate with local consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction, one or all of the rules of entry, or local jurisdictional and federal firearm laws their entry is forever void.

WINNER SELECTION: 1 winner will be chosen at random. THIRTEENGHOSTS, LLC reserves the right to check for eligibility compliance upon selection of the winner for any and all reasons, including local laws in your jurisdiction regarding this specific firearm. If you cannot produce the record on social media of compliance and or the receipt from your t-shirt purchase(s), you will be disqualified from the sweepstakes.
